Tonight, ( I wrote this in April 2018) as I look at the tiny lights in the distance, and feel the cool breeze blowing, I am grateful. God heard our prayers and cries of many months. We entered a new door and we are relieved. My husband drove over miles from South to North India, a
difficult journey yet also crowned with the presence of God I know because he was surrounded with prayers and the angels strengthened in the presence of God. , God is faithful and wonderful..Praise You Yahweh, Thank You Yeshua..My heart overflows with gratitude.
Then, later in the night, I read the sad news of a truck that mowed down pedestrians in Toronto where four died…and we cannot even imagine what the family is going through..I sympathize, empathize and pray for them wondering when this evil will stop and I realize every moment, something bad is happening somewhere for someone else..
The Holy Spirit reminded me that the world system has gotten so twisted and perverted that we need a mighty overflowing miracle from the throne of God. Yes, while evil will increase, the prayers of God’s saints will also increase. I was reminded that during the Second World War, Leonard Ravenhill shares with us how there was a great gathering of nation prayer where men and women met and prayed fervently. Winston Churchill also called for national prayer during that war and an adviser to Prime Minister Winston Churchill organized prayer each night for one-minute to pray for the safety of England. The records of the miraculous reversals in the War, which would have been detrimental for the world if Hitler had succeeded in taking over the world!
Our prayers are never wasted but the devil has twisted a lie in our minds that our prayers for the nation will not make any difference because the end has come, so we stop praying and some Christians even think it carnal if we pray for deliverance from evil and protection! If we study the Bible, it is deeply embedded in God’s promises for protection and deliverance from evil.
Only Revival can change the evil hearts of people who are intent to harm other because in Revival, there is a greater conviction of the Holy Spirit, unlike other normal times.
In Joel 2:28-32 and Zechariah 12:10-13:1, there will be the greatest last revival of the greatest splendor and glory the Earth has ever seen.
John 14:12 promises “greater works “meaning something new and greater to come. This will be manifest in the last revival and we will see deliverance, convictions, repentance, weeping, transformation of lives, healing and miraculous acts of God in powerful, greater glorious greater measures. The powerful presence of the Holy Spirit will be seen in our midst. God often leaves the best for the last, so we believe before the Second Coming of Christ, before the Rapture, there will be a great awakening. As in John 2:10 said, “You have saved the best wine until last!” this best is to start. It has already started but it is on the rise. The persecutions of the people of different nations is leading to this revival.
So may our hearts be set ablaze with a new Holy Fire, praying for the greatest repentance revival the world has ever seen and in this, we will see the tide of Divine reversals all over the Earth.
