September 21 – The River of Life – Part 1
The Holy Spirit quickened me to these fresh thoughts as I was meditating on it.
The supernatural River of Life is present today on Earth, flowing from Yahweh’s glorious throne, ever flowing eternally beckoning to thirsty souls to drink from it. It’s Voice calls out through the rush of waves, calling, but our own racing loud thoughts drown out it’ s musical harmonious and miraculous Call.
Many, many stubbornly resist this glorious River, walking away from it and would rather drink out of broken cisterns which would eventually lead to their spiritual death, Jeremiah 2:13: My people have committed two sins: They have forsaken Me, the Spring of Living Water, and have dug their own cisterns, broken cisterns that cannot hold water. That which does not belong to the Creator cannot hold water and they will eventually die of thirst.
The River of Life is free to all!!! How amazing. Revelation 22:17: The Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And let the one who hears say, “Come!” Let the one who is thirsty come; and let the one who wishes take the free gift of the Water of Life!
The River of Life brings wholeness, healing, and strength, abundance to all who drink of it. We can drink of the River of Life daily! Seems impossible? No not really, I will share verses affirmed from the Bible of this. John 7:38 “He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, ‘From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.’ Believing in Jesus, makes a soul born again. When we are born again, the Holy Spirit dwells within us and He becomes a stream of Living Water flowing out of us. Our daily choice to walk and obey Yeshua and a relationship with the Holy Spirit enables His River of Life to flow out of us.
Our daily walk with the Holy Spirit allows Rivers of Living Water to flow out of our bellies to be a blessing wherever we go. Through Christ, we pray for people and prayers are answered, people are healed, Salvation dawns on humankind and eternity is stamped on the souls of people, and all because we drank freely from the River to Life, so it would flow out of us to bless others today.
May we make that daily choice to drink of the River of Life! Our lives would never be the same again, and what is the River of Life? – Jesus Christ!
