Russia’s Attack on Ukraine killed 549 civilians, 41 children, now into the 16th day

Russia’s invasion of Ukraine killed 549 civilians, 41 of them children, now into 16th day of the war, on March 11, 2022.  Russia admits using vacuum bombs.

The Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has now killed 549 civilians, including 41 children into 16th day of the war and an additional 957 civilians have been injured, according to the U.N.’s Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rightsand.

Per reports by the UK’s defence ministry handle on Twitter, the Russian Ministry of Defence has confirmed the use of the TOS-1A weapon system in Ukraine, which deploys vacuum bombs where the TOS-1A uses thermobaric rockets, creating flammable lethal blasts that are capable of vaporizing human bodies.

A vacuum bomb, or thermobaric weapon, sucks in oxygen from the surrounding air to generate a high-temperature explosion which generates a blast wave of a significantly longer duration than that of a conventional explosive leading to the ghastly vaporization of human bodies.

In the meantime, talks between Ukraine and Russia’s foreign ministers on Thursday failed to produce any halt to the war in the ongoing conflict between the two nations and Russian oligarchs were hit with more sanctions.

More than two million people have fled Ukraine, while several cities are under siege amid world outrage over the bombing of a hospital in Mariupol, which wounded 17 civilians. Russia has denied responsibility for the airstrike.

A war that would have been considered to end in a day due to the force of Russia has dragged on, where Russian forces have failed to crush Ukraine’s military, with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy warning Moscow that its invasion will backfire.

In the meantime, US announces a fresh $53 million in humanitarian aid to Ukraine.

I hope the world will have a voice to also condemn Israel’s attacks on Palestine, where many civilians and children have lost their lives. A fake fallacy that everything is fair in war has allowed gross atrocities to invade the Earth.
