In another video of Bhupendra Tomar alias Pinky Chaudhary, he accused of raising provocative slogans near Jantar Mantar last year.

During Pinky Chaudhary’s program in a school campus, he made noxious threats against Christian and Muslim communities. This video of him has come on social media at a time when there is already anger over the hate genocidal speeches given in ‘Dharma Sansad’ in Haridwar and Raipur.
This speech of Pinky Chaudhary is being told on 26 December. In a program organized by Hindu Raksha Dal in Loni, Ghaziabad, its chief Pinky Chaudhary says, ‘If there is danger then it is from communist ideologies, if there is danger then it is from mosques, if there is danger then it is from madrasas, if there is danger then these churches is from…. It is from those who wish Eid Mubarak. Pinky did not stop here, he said in front of hundreds of people, ‘If Islam is there then it is fast poison for you, if you are Christian then it is slow poison for you.’ He said that Islam and Christianity should be eradicated from this Earth because they are doing the work of converting our brothers to Christians by giving money. Chaudhary’s supporters also did a 27-minute Facebook Live on his speech. He claimed that the incident took place at a farmhouse. However, in the viral video on social media, it appears to be a school playground. Sources have told that this program was done in support of the leader who wanted to stake claim from Loni assembly seat.
Sharing Pinky’s video, Owaisi wrote in Hindi, ‘Evidence of the open leeway of narcissistic idiots in the *Nizam* of Modi-Yogi. Is this possible without his blessings? The date is a witness that there will be punishment for every oppressor. Dozens of cases are going on against Chaudhary and he is currently out on bail in the Jantar Mantar case. Chaudhary, who hails from Baghpat district, said he was in jail for a month in the Jantar Mantar case. When asked about the latest viral video, SP (Rural) Iraj Raja said that the police have not registered any case so far. He said, ‘We have to investigate Pinky Chaudhary’s speech. If it is found objectionable then we will file a case against them.

Who is Pinky Chaudhary?
He is a Hindu Raksha Dal leader who earlier also owned up to the attack in JNU and he under Hindu Raksha Dal claimed responsibility for the violence that took place on the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) campus. Group’s leader, Bhupendra Tomar, better known as Pinky Chaudhary, owned up to the attack in a two-minute-long video posted on Twitter.
Chaudhary’s admission came even as a political blame game continues over the violence and students from ABVP and Left organisations are accusing each other of the attack.
“JNU is a hub of communists and we won’t tolerate this. They abuse our religion and our country. Their attitude towards our religion is anti-national. In future, too, we will take the same action in other universities if someone tries to indulge in anti-national activities,” Chaudhary can be heard saying in the clip.
A group of masked men, armed with sticks and rods, had attacked students and faculty members of JNU Sunday night and ransacked the university’s property. More than 34 people, including students and teachers.
However, Pinky Chaudhary in spite of having powerful enough influence to mobilize a mob to kill, and has been linked with violence and attacks on JNU students is still not arrested.
Unfortunately, these people are in the modus operandi of a fascist movement and the nation is in danger.
