2 Kings 6:17 And Elisha prayed, “Open his eyes, LORD, so that he may see.” Then the Lord opened the servant’s eyes, and he looked and saw the hills full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.
Faith shines brightly in the darkest nights. You cannot see the stars unless it is dark! Sometimes, things look so dark and gloomy, but that’s perhaps the best time that we can experience glimmers of hope coming alive.
When Sarah was told she would be a mother, at her old age, she laughed outright, but time proved her faith…she rose up in faith to prepare for her baby boy, Isaac!
We read that when Peter was put in prison, the early church rose in faith to pray for him, and angels were sent to the prison to deliver him out of it. Though an evil reign was encamping around Peter, tying him in chains, the early church had enough faith to pray, confident there was God could and would deliver him out of the prison. The first door to open was from above, the Door of Faith, which supernaturally, opened the prison doors naturally with the help of angels.
The eyes of faith see the supernatural realm as in 2 Kings 6:17: And Elisha prayed, “Open his eyes, LORD, so that he may see.” Then the LORD opened the servant’s eyes, and he looked and saw the hills full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.
Our faith and prayers are dynamite and no weapon formed against prayer and faith can neutralize it. We are sometimes taught that our little faith blocks things, but even faith as tiny as a mustard seed is powerful in the Kingdom of God. Sometimes, we get obstructions and delays to prayers, but God’s purposes and plans will stand strong and as He tells us, “Though the vision may tarry, wait for it.”
You can add mighty dimensions to your faith and birth deeper faith by the following:
– Pray without ceasing.
– Pray until You see Almighty Elohim in His glory in your spirit.
– Pray to let faith rise in you to see the impossible happen.
-Pray until you are emptied of all the clutter inside of you so see God’s purposes.
-Pray so that you would stand to see the invisible realm and see the supernatural.
-Pray so that you will see the kingdom of darkness fallen down under Christ’s feet.
These times of prayers will birth the seeds of supernatural faith, to see the impossible and to see treasures in the dark.
