The Virus in the Air
When the Earth is hit With wailing Corona waves When the Earth is stalked By a violent virus’s rage When pain, sorrow and agony Fill the Earth with despair Then powerful nations Rise up to join and fight A horror we all share When people rise and cry With the fear of more to die We need to stand united Hearts strong and lighted Helping others in many ways Then Heaven will open doors To show the Higher Way Rise up in night watches to pray And in hard work and tough battle Scientists, doctors brains empowered Out on the war zones shake Corona coward Until it shakes, cripples and rattles Breakthrough will shatter death’s call The land of shadows of death will fall Victory will be won at the break of dawn Don’t ever give up, and always be strong A new horizon will shimmer with a new song
