The Scientific Law and Power of Visualization

By natural soul and DNA, I am not the most positive person and at one time, the smallest things could make me shatter into smithereens because I was so sensitive.  However, slowly, I am learning to relax more and the experience is delightful.  I have also discovered a magical key that has opened new avenues, enabling me with internal strength and energy just through thinking differently.  One of the gifts I am learning is thinking positively and building happier pictures in the mind actually is bringing peace and changing situations.

One of the greatest things we hold on to in this life is our daily thoughts, we have to live with ourselves, and constantly thinking negative thoughts is like cutting tiny slits on the soul, constantly wounding ourselves with our thoughts, our fears, our rages, our anger, and our hatred, as well as fears of our future, jobs, families and the list goes on. 

One thought is, why worry when we don’t know if tomorrow will come, what if a bomb blows up the Universe overnight. It seems a terrible thought but also one which makes me relish in the truth that nothing is really worth worrying about because it would never happen

Thus, instead of worrying, practice prayer and visualizing. According to the Cambridge Dictionary, visualization is “the act of visualizing something or someone” or “forming a picture of it in your mind” where you reach down to your unconscious mind, your deepest desires, and see your life unfold within your soul.

The Bible says, “Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.”

Robert Schuller said, “Let your imagination release your imprisoned possibilities.”

Muhammad Ali’s famous quote “If my mind can conceive it and my heart can believe it – then I can achieve it” already shows that he truly believed in the power of visualization.

The power of visualization is used in sports because Neuropsychologia found that imagining to move certain parts of your body almost trains the muscles as much as the actual movement.

Visualization, also called imagery, cannot only help you reach financial goals but help you reduce stress as well.

While we cannot make life happen to us as we want, we still can build positive thoughts with clear joyous pictures that get embedded in our subconscience mind and over time, manifest in our lives in reality.  Faith is the substance of things not seen.  When we believe without actually seeing, we are already building faith deep inside our DNA and this will birth our desires in time.  A heart without faith is like a leaf shivering in the wild wind, soon ready to fly away and be lost in brooding darkness and hopelessness. 

It is the power of faith boosted in the strength of visualization that will swing open the doors of a richer, new life with great possibilities and new events.

So sit down in your favorite place, relax, pray, and then practice faith, close your eyes, and visualize your dream, clearly outline the details, trust it will happen, don’t let fear rule you, and let faith guide you.  

Thus, you will release the greatest potentials within you and the Universe will work on your behalf.  Nothing is impossible if you believe!  This is because positive thinking is traced within the laws of science and the universe, thus it gives back to us when we practice it.
