The face of fury is always angry The heart never soothed Quicksand never satiated The soul is like a candle That consumes itself Exhausted, burnt out With nothing to give Burning in anger Each day it grumbles in the grid Anger submerged and hid Soon the soul is reduced to ashes Was it worth those anger lashes?
But if anger is replaced with love The Heavens would open from above Blessings would rain One’s thoughts would flow To a higher plane With higher thoughts You can soar on eagle’s wings And the rumbling anger chant is broken With your soul free as a bird In blue skies you can sing You can then accomplish The greatest things!
Ephesians 4: 31-32: Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamour and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you.
